ABOUT ME
Hi beautiful people, thank you for being here!

For the past four years yoga has been a huge part of my life, helping me find balance and strength, not only physically but also mentally. This lead me to want to share the practice with others, so in November 2023 I travelled to New Zealand to complete my 200hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa yoga. I'm now more excited than ever to share the transformative powers of yoga with all of you! ​

I'm currently based in beautiful North Wales, I offer local Vinyasa yoga classes designed to build strength, mobility and improve flexibility, with mindfulness and breathwork woven throughout, nourishing the mind, body and soul, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world!

When I'm not practicing yoga you can find me outdoors, hiking, swimming or simply pottering in the garden, so it won't come as a surprise that I'm a huge fan of the calming effect nature can have on our mind and nervous system.
Nature and yoga go hand in hand, so with this in mind, my aim is to bring yoga and the wild welsh countryside together in order to help more people connect with our beautiful natural surroundings and find a sense of balance and calm in our busy day to day lives; These classes and retreats will be centered around grounding, releasing stagnant energy and feeling revitalized. They'll be scattered throughout the year so keep an eye out for dates!
