Service Description
Designed for complete beginners, this class will introduce you to the fundamentals of a Vinyasa Yoga class, form alignment in key postures (asana) to weaving breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness into your practice. Classes are relaxed and run at a slow pace to allow you to really connect with each posture, building muscle memory and confidence, and each session is sealed with deep relaxation & restoration in Savasana. You will need:- - A yoga mat - Water - Appropriate clothing: Gym wear or loose comfortable clothing - Cosy socks/layers for your Savasana See you on the mat! 🧡 **Please arrive on time as classes can't be transferred sue to lateness** CANCELLATIONS:- Cancellations/transfers must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time. We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, bookings may be cancelled or transferred up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your booking will be non-transferrable/refundable.
