Slow Flow is a gentle and beginner-friendly practice designed to release tension from both your mind and body. Focusing on slow and deliberate movements, this class aims to improve your flexibility, mobility, and strength, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and renewed. Whether you prefer a gentle workout or you're new to yoga, this class is perfect for you. Join me today and experience the benefits of a mindful and slow-paced practice. What you'll need:- - Water - Suitable clothing: Gym wear/leggings/shorts etc There will be a mat and block available for you to use, but please feel free to bring along your own if you'd prefer! Things to know: Please arrive 5/10 minutes before the class start time to allow yourself time to settle in, the doors will be closed at 5:30pm to avoid disruption to the class. Please arrive on time as classes can't be transferred or refunded due to lateness. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, bookings may be cancelled or transferred up to 24 hours prior to the class start time. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your booking will be non-transferrable/refundable.
